The brand
The chalk is built on an ultra-fine, ultra-hard abrasive. That is what holds extreme english and keeps the ball on its line.
It does not shed onto the cloth and leaves no marks on the balls or your hands. However much you chalk, no excess builds up on the tip.

Properties
A flawless tip-to-ball grip on every shot, not just the first few.
Holds the most extreme english and puts spin on the ball without throwing it off line.
Goes on evenly: chalk all you like, no excess builds up on the tip — and none flakes off.
A non-crumbling formula, so it lasts. One cube goes a long way.
Leaves no marks on the balls, the cloth or your hands.
A distinctive turquoise — JOY Game chalk is easy to spot on the table.
The wrapper peels away in strips as the chalk wears down.
On impact the tip seems to stick to the ball — hence the feeling of total cue ball control.
Every 5–6 shots. If you stay off extreme english, one application will last a frame.
About the chalk
We are glad to introduce JOY Game chalk to the billiard community — a chalk with flawless grip. Its ultra-fine, ultra-hard abrasive easily withstands extreme english and puts spin on the ball without throwing it off line.
The chalk goes onto the tip in an even layer and, thanks to its formula, seems to cling to it. That creates the impression that on impact the tip sticks to the ball. The impression is deceptive: it feels as if one application would last forever. It will not — chalk up every 5–6 shots.
Whatever the chalk, and however long it stays on the tip, players still reach for it before every shot.
In the heat of a match nobody counts how often they chalk. The ritual is not only functional — more friction between tip and ball — it is also psychological: a moment to collect your thoughts, prepare for the shot and buy a few extra seconds to settle your nerves.
Watch footage of any serious match: before an important shot a player will often chalk up several times in a row. That is exactly why we made JOY Game as non-crumbling as possible. However much you chalk, no excess layer builds up on the tip — and what is there does not flake off.
